Here are a few guidelines to follow to get the most out of your rigid mailers: 

Get the right size. It&#;s tempting to order the biggest size for the extra space but with rigid mailers, you want a snug fit to minimize movement and friction during shipping and handling. 

Choose between 14 pt. or 16 pt. Cardstock for your rigid mailers. 14 pt. Cardstock is our most popular material for mailers and is perfect for bulk printing. The 16 pt. is slightly thicker, more durable, and offers a more premium touch. Three types of finishes are available for rigid mailers. The lamination is on the outside while the inside is uncoated.
