For the past two months, I've been utilizing the EJEAS V6 Pro for courier work every weekend.
Advantages:
- Powerful speakers: For phone calls, the maximum volume can be too loud within the city. My previous, less expensive headset struggled to provide clear sound, even at moderate speeds downtown.
- Excellent noise cancellation: Callers couldn't tell I was riding a motorcycle at urban speeds of up to 50 kph (30 mph).
- The speaker/charging port has a durability advantage over USB options.
- Solid battery life, lasting several days on a single charge.
- Effective helmet attachment system.
Disadvantages:
- No visible battery indicator, neither next to the Bluetooth button nor via a dedicated app (which is non-existent). When the battery level drops, it verbally alerts in increasing frequency from once an hour to every few minutes, which can be quite distracting if you need to use it for extended periods.
- An antenna sometimes snags on jackets or other items.
- Numerous small buttons can be confusing at first, although over time, you get used to their layout if intercom pairing with other riders isn't required.
Overall, it's a cost-effective option if you need a basic headset primarily for calls and navigation.
