Now Emerson, the global technology and engineering company, is on the pneumatics prowl once again. Triton, Aventics current owner, has initiated what it calls the next step to ensure a prosperous and sustainable future for Aventics by announcing its intention to sell the company to Emerson. There has been an agreement on terms with Emerson and the regulatory approval process is now underway.
