V Mesh Fencing

V mesh fencing is easily identifiable by its distinct 'V' shapes incorporated into the panels. This innovative design enhances the durability, stability, and climb resistance of the fence.

Offering remarkable strength and longevity, V mesh is designed for permanent installations, providing a cost-effective solution. Its see-through structure is ideal for areas requiring both security and visibility, constructed from high-quality galvanized steel to withstand weathering.

V mesh is available in various heights ranging from 1.2m to 3.0m and includes:

• 1 x mesh fencing post (chosen for either dig-in or bolt-down installation)
• 1 x mesh fencing panel
• 1 x mesh fencing ribbed insert
• 6 x M8 x 40mm Bolts
• 6 x Mesh fencing clips

Twin Mesh Fencing

Twin mesh fencing is specifically designed to resist both attacks and vandalism, ensuring high levels of security while allowing for a clear line of sight. Crafted from pre-galvanized and powder-coated steel, it is particularly robust.

There are two types of twin mesh fencing available:

• 656 Mesh: Comprised of 5mm diameter vertical wires secured between twin 6mm diameter horizontal wires.
• 868 Mesh: Features 6mm vertical steel wires sandwiched between two 8mm horizontal wires, which are extremely difficult to cut.

This type of fencing is ideally suited for long-term security implementations in commercial and industrial settings.

Prison Mesh Fencing

Also known as 358 mesh fencing, this high-strength option is among the most secure on the market. With an anti-climb design, it provides excellent visibility suitable for surveillance applications.

The panels consist of closely spaced horizontal and vertical mesh wires, making it nearly impossible to penetrate or climb without specialized tools. This fencing is an ideal choice for high-security areas, including prisons. It accommodates both soft and hard ground installations and is finished with weather-resistant polyester powder coating.

Safe Top Mesh Fencing

Best for low to medium security, safe top mesh fencing features a 'rolled down' design to eliminate sharp edges. This makes it a safer option for environments with children, such as parks and playgrounds.

Constructed from 5mm diameter mesh wires, the panels resist cutting and impact, while narrow gaps between wires thwart climbing attempts.

868 Rebound Mesh Fencing

This fencing is specifically tailored for multi-use games areas (MUGAs), boasting excellent rebound properties to withstand repeated impacts from balls. The reinforced lower sections of the panels enhance shock absorption.

Rebound mesh fencing can be provided in clipped or clamp bar formats and is available in heights up to 6m.

How to Install Mesh Fencing?

Follow these four straightforward steps to install your mesh fencing. Additionally, we offer a downloadable PDF installation guide.

Step 1: Install the Posts

There are two common methods to install the posts:

• Dig-in Posts: Create foundation holes 500mm deep and 350 x 450mm wide. Space the holes according to bay width and set the posts in place.
• Bolt Down Posts: Secure the posts to the ground with appropriate through bolts. *Note that the installer must select the correct type of through bolts for this method.

Step 2: Install the Mesh Panels

Align the mesh panel against the secured post and prepare the clips for attachment.

Step 3: Secure the Fencing

Use the specialist bolts and torque screws to secure the clips onto the mesh.

Step 4: Final Checks

Ensure all bolts are tightened and your mesh fencing installation is complete.
