Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. All products can be returned within 7 working days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept items that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed in the same form of payment used for purchase within 7 working days.
Other Information
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Lastly, reach out to your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to: Plot No. 21/1, Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana, IN. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs., consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Policy

Transit Damage
Small packets are sent through Bluedart, Delhivery, or Ecom courier. If an item is found damaged during transit, the following actions will be taken:
Minor damage: Refund 20% of product value.
Major damage: Refund 50% of product value.
Wrong Item Delivery
We dispatch hundreds of packets daily and errors can occur. If a wrong item is delivered, we will take the wrong item back. Once the item reaches the Loom Solar warehouse, the full amount will be refunded. In the meantime, customers can make a fresh purchase to get the correct item.
Cancellation While Product is in Transit
Products are usually shipped the next day, with the intent to deliver within 3 days across India. Once an item is in transit, canceling the order will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations Due to Unavoidable Reasons
Occasionally, unavoidable circumstances can arise. If an order ID has been generated and partially paid, cancellation will incur a 10% charge on the total product value.
Cancellation Due to Non-Performance of Solar System
Various factors impact solar system efficiency, such as local electricity conditions, installation quality, and electrical parameters. Once installed, the system cannot be returned.
