Resolution is a combination of the number of pixels and how close they are together. Heres how it works. LEDs are grouped in RGB groups. The grouping is called a pixel. The distance between pixels is called pixel pitch.

All of the functional components of your screen are only of value if your content is designed for it. For example, you wouldnt try to view a 4k blu-ray on a high-definition screen. The resolution of the content is too much for the screen. The best viewing experience is when the content is designed to be compatible with the way it is being displayed.

Assembling of electronic and LED equipment is programmed to assure that only the parts corresponding an order are used. This is one of the most complex and delicate tasks of the entire process. It is the most important phase of the LED advertising screens creating.
The circuits we manufacture are assembled to create complete panels, which are fully functional and capable of reproducing a full color image.
LED panels are adjusted to light and chromatic levels to assure that sharpness and color are the same in the entire LED advertising screen. To do this, photoelectric sensors measuring chromatic patterns adjusting and memorizing each LED component are used.
Structural frames and parts are assembled to form complete unitscapable of reproducing videos.
The screen as a whole is activated and exhaustive testing is carried out. Once all the tests prove smooth functioning, the screen undergoes image management and control phase.
During the image control phase, several test videos are reproduced. Thus, chromaticism and its quality level are analyzed. At the end everything is tuned to adjust the whole unit.

The products are manufactured in batches, together with other products with similar characteristics. Manufacturing processes that require European standards are followed
The products are transferred to our logistics warehouse from where the shipment and delivery of each LED screen will be managed.
In some cases, it is possible to make a priority order to significantly reduce the delivery time of an order. Priority delivery times are not available for all products and / or screen sizes and represent an extra cost in shipping and order management.
