FREMONT, Calif. August 3, Amprius Technologies, Inc. Their latest product, an ultra-high-power lithium-ion battery, showcases an impressive discharge rate of 10C combined with an energy density of 400 Wh/kg. This unique combination of high energy density and high power density optimizes battery weight and size, leading to extended ranges, reduced charge frequency, and lower operational costs.
Moreover, the new ultra-high-power cell features an ultra-fast charging capability, charging up to 80 percent in approximately six minutes, radically transforming mission-critical operations that require quick turnaround.
