(1) Preparation before processing

(4)Workpiece clamping
Mount the steel bar to be processed on the jaws of the vise, and the extension length should be aligned with the end surface of the stripping blade of the rolling head at the starting position, and then turn the handle to clamp.
1. The cooling liquid must be a water-soluble emulsified cooling liquid, the oil-based cooling liquid is strictly prohibited, and ordinary lubricating oil can not be used instead.
2. Rolling threads is strictly prohibited when there is no coolant.
3. The ends of the steel bars to be processed should be flat and must be cut with a toothless saw. And the end should be round and straight within the length of 500mm, and no bending is allowed, and it is not allowed to directly process the end of the gas cutting or cutting machine.
4. During the initial cutting, the feed should be even, do not advance too fast to prevent the blade from chipping.
5. Slideways and sliders should be cleaned and oiled regularly.
6. Iron filings should be cleaned up in time.
7. The cooling liquid tank is cleaned once every half month.
8. The reducer should be refueled regularly to maintain the specified oil level.
9. The rolling machine should be maintained regularly.
10. The housing of the machine tool must be reliably grounded before use.
